Heat a tbsp of oil in wok, sauté garlic, carrots, peas, Del Monte corn kernels and red pepper.
Add spring onions, Del Monte pineapple tidbits, tomato ketchup, vinegar, seasoning and cooked rice. Mix well. Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring constantly.

Cooked & chopped chicken and eggs may be replaced with carrots & sweet corn to create non-vegetarian option.
