Strawberry Mango Punch

Ingredients

  • 200gm chilled/frozen strawberries
  • 200gm mango cubes, chilled {from about 2-3 mangoes}
  • 2 X 240ml Del Monte cans of mixed fruit juice or drink, chilled
  • 50ml honey if required
  • 5-6 ice cubes

Method

  1. Place all ingredients except honey and ice in processor and blitz till smooth.
  2. Add sweetener if required. Add additional water to thin out as desired.
  3. Pour over ice cubes and serve immediately.
