Spirali Tricolour with Pepper Sauce

Ingredients
Del Monte Spirali Tricolour Pasta – 300 grams
Olive oil – 2½ tbsp
Garlic, chopped – 1 tsp
Onion, chopped – 1 medium
Red bell pepper, sliced – 2 nos.
Fresh cream – 1 cup
Salt & crushed pepper – to taste
Method
Heat olive oil in a frying pan, sauté garlic, onion and red bell pepper (reserve half) till translucent.
Add fresh cream, simmer till vegetables are soft and blend till smooth and creamy. Season with salt and crushed pepper.
Sauté reserved peppers in little olive oil and add to the sauce.
Cook the Del Monte Spirali Tricolour Pasta in 3 litres of salted boiling water for 9–11 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Toss the cooked spirally in prepared sauce, serve immediately, garnished with grated cheese and fresh parsley.
