Cook the Del Monte Gourmet Spaghetti Pasta in 3 litres of salted boiling water for 7-8 minutes, stirring occasionally & drain well.
Sauté mixed bell peppers (cut into triangles or diamond shape) briefly in olive oil in a large frying pan, add “Siciliana Sauce” and half the olives, mix well & heat through.
Serve hot spaghetti mixed or topped with hot Siciliana sauce, garnished with shavings of parmesan cheese, remaining olives & fresh parsley or basil leaves.
