Meat Balls Bolognese in French Baguettes

Ingredients
Del Monte Veg. Bolognese Pasta Sauce – ½ bottle
Del Monte “Mustard Now” Sauce – to taste
Mutton Mince – 250 grams
Chopped Vegetables (carrots & celery) – 2-3 tbsp
Capers (optional) – 1 tsp
Salt & freshly crushed black pepper – to taste
Del Monte Extra Virgin Olive Oil – 1 tbsp
Foot Long French Baguette – 2 numbers
Grated Cheese – 2 tbsp
Method
Season mutton mince with salt, pepper & finely chopped capers, mix well, divide into 20 small portions & form into even round balls.
Sauté meat balls in olive oil until slightly firm add chopped vegetables & sauté further for a minute.
Add Bolognese sauce, mix, cover and simmer, until meat balls are thoroughly cooked.
Slit the warm baguettes lengthwise from one side taking care not to cut through other side.
Squeeze mustard sauce on one side of baguette & fill it with hot “Meat Balls Bolognese”.
Garnish with grated cheese & serve immediately with additional mustard sauce, if required.
To create vegetarian option, chunks of Paneer or Tofu may be used instead of meat balls.
