Ingredients
Del Monte Extra Virgin Olive Oil – 2 tbsp
Del Monte Pitted / Stuffed Green Olives – 25 nos.
Del Monte Californian Prunes – 25 nos.
Chicken tikka-grilled – 5 nos.
Paneer tikka-grilled – 5 nos.
Chicken sausages-grilled – 5 nos.
Meat balls-cooked – 5 nos.
Mutton seekh kebab-grilled – 5 nos.
Fresh basil leaves-shredded – small bunch
Garlic-finely sliced – 1 tbsp
Fresh red chilli-finely sliced – 1 tbsp
Salt – to taste
Bamboo/Rosemary skewers or tooth picks – 25
Method
Combine finely sliced garlic, red chilli, Basil, extra virgin olive oil and salt in a glass bowl. Marinate olives & prunes in it. Allow the flavours to blend together for a couple of hours.
Pierce a piece of grilled protein onto bamboo/rosemary skewer alternately with the marinated prunes and olives. Repeat until all the olives & mixed grill have been used.
