Fruit and Nut Yoghurt

Ingredients

  • Del Monte Fiesta Fruit Cocktail, chilled – 2 cups
  • Plain Yoghurt, chilled – 2 cups
  • Vanilla Ice Cream – 4 small scoops
  • Chopped Mix Nuts (cashews, almonds, pistachios) – 2 tbsp

Method

  1. Blend drained fruit cocktail, yoghurt & vanilla ice-cream in a blender until mixed but fruits still chunky.
  2. Pour it in the iced fancy glasses and sprinkle mixed nuts on top. Serve immediately with parfait spoon in it.
