Ingredients
Del Monte Fiesta Fruit Cocktail, chilled – 2 cups
Plain Yoghurt, chilled – 2 cups
Vanilla Ice Cream – 4 small scoops
Chopped Mix Nuts (cashews, almonds, pistachios) – 2 tbsp
Method
Blend drained fruit cocktail, yoghurt & vanilla ice-cream in a blender until mixed but fruits still chunky.
Pour it in the iced fancy glasses and sprinkle mixed nuts on top. Serve immediately with parfait spoon in it.
