Fiesta Fruit Float

Ingredients

  • Digestive biscuits or Marie biscuits (partially crushed) – 50 grams
  • Del Monte Fiesta Fruit Cocktail, Drained – ¼ can / 200 grams
  • Fresh cream, chilled – 125 grams
  • Sweetened condensed milk – 50 grams

Method

  1. Arrange pieces of biscuits on the bottom of a square dessert bowl or 4 individual dessert bowls.
  2. Whisk the chilled cream until it forms soft peaks and gently fold in the condensed milk.
  3. Spread 1/3 portion of cream mix on top of biscuits. Arrange 1/3 of “Del Monte Fiesta Fruit Cocktail”. Repeat layer of biscuit pieces, cream mixture & fruits.
  4. Cover with cling wrap & chill for a few hours or overnight.
  5. Portion out in dessert bowls or plates & serve chilled garnished with remaining crumbled biscuits & pieces of red cherry from the fiesta can itself.
