Chifferi Rigati With Vegetables

Ingredients

  • Del Monte Chifferi Rigati pasta – 300 g
  • Del Monte Extra virgin olive oil – 2 ½ tbsp
  • Carrots – ½ cup
  • Red Bell Pepper – ½ cup
  • Zucchini – ½ cup
  • Salt & Crushed pepper – To taste
  • Cheese cut into cubes – ½ cup

Method

  1. Cut all the vegetables in diamond shaped pieces and sauté in Del Monte Extra Virgin olive oil for 2- 3 minutes.
  2. Cook the Del Monte chifferi Rigati pasta in 3 litres of salted boiling water for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally and drain well.
  3. Mix the cooked Chifferi Rigati with all the vegetables. Season well with salt and crushed pepper and serve immediately, garnished with cheese cubes.
