Ingredients

  • Toasted Puffed Rice – 4 cups
  • Potato Wafers (spicy home made style) – ½ cup
  • Roasted salted Peanuts – ½ cups
  • Poorie / Matthi – ½ cups
  • Diced Boiled Potatoes – ½ cup
  • Onions, chopped – ½ cup
  • Tomatoes, chopped – ½ cup
  • Raw Mango (salted) – ½ cup

Dressing & Garnish:

  • Del Monte ZINGO – 1 cup / to taste
  • Coriander leaves, chopped – handful
  • Sev / Bhujia (fine) – ½ cups

Method

  1. Mix & toss all the above ingredients (except dressing & garnish) in a large bowl.
  2. Dress the Bhel-Poorie with Del Monte Zingo & mix well.
  3. Portion-out in individual serving plates.
  4. Garnish it with chopped coriander leaves & sprinkling of Sev and serve immediately.
