Ingredients
Toasted Puffed Rice – 4 cups
Potato Wafers (spicy home made style) – ½ cup
Roasted salted Peanuts – ½ cups
Poorie / Matthi – ½ cups
Diced Boiled Potatoes – ½ cup
Onions, chopped – ½ cup
Tomatoes, chopped – ½ cup
Raw Mango (salted) – ½ cup
Dressing & Garnish:
Del Monte ZINGO – 1 cup / to taste
Coriander leaves, chopped – handful
Sev / Bhujia (fine) – ½ cups
Method
Mix & toss all the above ingredients (except dressing & garnish) in a large bowl.
Dress the Bhel-Poorie with Del Monte Zingo & mix well.
Portion-out in individual serving plates.
Garnish it with chopped coriander leaves & sprinkling of Sev and serve immediately.
